    • Your WhatsApp Phone Number (including country code):

3. Verification Process:

To protect your privacy and ensure the security of your data, we may need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm that you are the owner of the WhatsApp account associated with the data you are requesting to be deleted. This may involve verifying information you have previously provided or confirming details about your recent interactions with us on WhatsApp.

4. Deletion Process and Timeline:

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will take the following steps:

  • Acknowledge Receipt: We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your request within "7 business days".

  • Data Deletion: We will initiate the process of deleting your personal data from our systems. This process may take up to "30 days" to complete, depending on the complexity of the request and the location of the data.

  • Confirmation of Deletion: Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your data has been deleted.

5. Important Considerations:

  • WhatsApp's Data Retention Policies: Please note that deleting your data from our systems does not guarantee that the data is also deleted from WhatsApp's servers. WhatsApp has its own data retention policies, which you can review in their Privacy Policy.

  • Irreversible Process: Data deletion is a permanent and irreversible process. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

  • Impact on Services: Deleting your data may impact our ability to provide you with certain services or support through WhatsApp.
